A Journey of Transformation, Connection, and Unforgettable Energy
On July 18–19, 2025, the Blueseed family embarked on a memorable adventure: Blueseed Amazing Race 2025, under the theme “CHANGE.” More than just a company outing, this journey became a bold reminder that transformation begins from within — and that the strongest teams are forged not in meeting rooms, but through shared challenges, laughter, and real moments together.
CHANGE – More Than a Theme, It’s a Mindset
In a year marked by constant change — from global shifts to industry transformation — Blueseed chose “CHANGE” as both a message and a mission. This trip wasn’t just a getaway. It was an invitation to reset, reconnect, and reignite the spirit of adaptability. To leave behind the usual and step into the wild, where each person could rediscover resilience, creativity, and unity.
Day 1: Through the Woods, Across the Challenge
From the early morning departure at 6:00 AM, teams were filled with energy and anticipation. At Phuoc Buu Forest, Racers took on a series of dynamic outdoor challenges: mountain biking, hiking, puzzle-solving, and even cooking lunch from scratch — all under the open sky.
Each activity tested more than physical endurance. It called for trust, teamwork, and spontaneous problem-solving — qualities that define how we work and grow at Blueseed.
Gala Night: Lighting Up the Spirit
As the sun set, the energy rose. The Gala Dinner at Oceanami Resort was a celebration of not just achievements, but connection.
Karaoke battles, unexpected dance-offs, and genuine moments of joy turned the evening into a space where everyone could shine — from interns to senior leaders. It wasn’t about titles, departments, or deliverables — just people, hearts open, voices loud, and spirits aligned.
Day 2: Slow Down to Soak It In
The next morning was a gentle contrast: lounging by the pool, beach walks, pickleball matches, and shared breakfasts filled with laughter.
On the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City, the team stopped at Dai Tung Lam Pagoda — a quiet, mindful closing to a weekend full of energy. A moment to reflect. A moment to ground ourselves. A moment to say: “We’re ready for what’s next.”
