Job Descriptions Senior Digital Performance:

• Define and execute the overarching growth strategy and measures of success across the umbrella of demand generation digital channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Paid Social, etc.), spanning multiple products and platforms.
• Daily optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion, analyze data and market trends.
• Set up performance tracking & utilizing research tools and analyzing databases from a variety of traffic sources.
• Deep optimization competencies in 8 main Industries: ECOM, Retails, Finance, Education, Real-Estate, FMCG,…
• Work with leaders / executives to define and build a strategy for rapidly scaling demand generation.
• Identify new channels to scale while executing new targeting strategies to unlock new customer segments.

Job Requirements Senior Digital Performance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related.
• At least 2 years experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
• Advanced optimization skills & strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zalo, TikTok, ECom,…)
• Good analytical skills with the ability to develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, customer profile, marketing, and business objectives.
• Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Facebook Blueprint & Google Certifications is an advantage.
• Strong desire to succeed & a proactive approach to your work.
• Creative problem solver, professional, honest & a good team player.
