Job Description Business Development Manager
- Responsible for sales target
- Training employee and development team (if any)
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- Conducting in-depth research and identifying potential clients and sales areas
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and concerns and offering marketing solutions to their problems
- Work closely with planning and creative to produce optimal solutions to client’s needs during pitching stage.
- Advising clients on their purchasing decisions
Required skills and experience Business Development Manager:
- 3 years+ of work experience as an Advertising Sales
- Familiar with the marketing agency environment
- Have a detailed understanding of marketing solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well
