August 1, 2025 – Blueseed Group is pleased to announce the official appointment of Ms. Trần Hoài Phương Thảo as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Greenoly.
This appointment marks a significant milestone in Blueseed Group’s leadership development strategy, recognizing individuals who have made substantial contributions to the Group’s long-term growth. Ms. Thảo has been an integral part of Greenoly since its early days, and her appointment reflects both her proven capabilities and her unwavering commitment to operational excellence and sustainable development.
Ms.Thảo joined Greenoly on February 26, 2020, and over the past five years, she has played a key role in shaping the company’s operational structure, internal culture, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep alignment with Greenoly’s core values: Efficiency – Responsibility – Trust – Teamwork – Creativity.
One of Ms. Thảo’s most notable achievements was successfully negotiating an exclusive distribution agreement with Sukin, a leading natural skincare brand from Australia. This strategic partnership significantly expanded Greenoly’s product portfolio and strengthened its market position in Vietnam’s health and wellness sector.
Effective August 1, 2025, Ms. Thảo will officially assume the role of COO of Greenoly. In this capacity, she will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, drive efficiency across departments, and support strategic initiatives that advance Greenoly’s mission of Living Green – Living Well.
